Default 4-puck or organic clutch?

I am buying a clutch for my 99 si and I want something that is smooth but still grips very well. One of my friends got a new clutch and it made his tranny seem really notchy and hard to shift. Can someone give me some positives and negatives between 4-puck and organic?

What power are you putting down?
The stock clutch (or organic) will work just fine for any bolt-on power.

puck disks has a very short, rough engagment. and a short life. really meant for track in my opinion. a solid organic disk will do fine in most hp applications. its the pressure plate that makes the difference.

Im probably putting down about 165whp. I just want something that I can beat on and not have to worry about replacing. I am considering getting the ACT clutch with the ss disc and hd or xtreme pressure plate. Does anyone think that the hd will not be enough? I don't plan to put much more on my car so im estimating my final whp at 175-180. But if I have the money this summer I may do a greddy turbo kit and I also don't want to have to worry about replacing another clutch if I do.
