ef mini me swap

i have a d15 nonvtec with a d16 vtec head it is obd1 and i have a 1991 ef hatch i was wondering if anyone knew what had to be done to convert my car to obd1 so that the motor will work in my car

obd0-obd1 distrib. harness
obd0-obd1 ecu harness
obd1 ecu
4 wire o2 sensor
and the plugs for the vtec pressure and signal
