OP: why dont you just let them total it and buy a 99-00 civic? Take all your mods with you when they total it.

Seriously just let them total that and use the money to buy yourself a clean 99-00. It looks like too much work to fix that car, just take your mods off before they take it and put them on your next car.

sucks man...that's the bad part about lowering a car. whenever you hit something it ***** it up 100x worse because it bites into all the soft stuff instead of the bumper support.

Unless you don't have full coverage...then you are screwed like I was. I had a totalled civic in my garage for about a month. Eventually I took all my parts off of it, bought a new car and sold it for a wahping 300 bucks.

Im not saying this to be a jerk...
Because the vast majority of 92-00 civics dont have abs, you should always remember to modulate the brakes manually, under slippery conditions --> pump them.
Its not something that comes natually, but you need to always keep it in mind, because of reasons such as this.
Also...increase your following distance

All the best lessons are learned the hard way.

Least youre not hurt... Learn from the mistake. Get a new car.

i hope you're ok.
looks like the frame got fucked up pretty bad, i'd say just total it like others have suggested and got a new one.
