del sol gsr brake upgrade
well i just recently finished my gsr front brake upgrade to match my gsr rears disc conversion it took me about 2 hr for all the preping and work but hers some pics enjoy
incase you dont know the factory del sol s model front brakes are 9.25" i beleive and the gsr are 10.5"
heres the brake befor i cleaned it and after

sand blaster work wonders

and the gsr spindal after some cleaning and paint

compared to stock one

rotors comparision

now powdercoat is applied to front calipiers

powder coat baked cooled / new calipiers and spindal and rotors install o and i had to get some wheel spacer cause my hx wheel had about 1mm of space from the front of the calipier( ill post pics of that later)

and that the finished result im still debating on changing the caliplier to 00 prelude sh calipier but i dunno yet next up is the propotion valve to the 4040
and for every one else who just wants to upgrade the calipier gsr caliper will bolt up to del sol spindal with slight shaving see pics

just show how much off the are

slight triming were the notch is and the will fit prfect and and still use your old rotor

COOL!!!!!!!!!! That green is so expletiveing crazy! I love it, are you going to do the back green too? Nice upgrade, and yeah I agree, I've sandblasted calipers, its by far the best way to prep any brake.
