cruise afr is 14.5-15.3

will a clogged fuel filter alter the fuel pressure? my pressure is pretty much the same, but im thinking my pepboys purolator fuel filter is hurting me...

 

IF your AFR is there, you are good at cruise. If your WOT AFR looks good as well (not overly rich), you may just be getting that because your engine uses that much fuel. Good WOT AFR also tells you that you don't have a fuel system problem. Keep in mind that all motor cars do get worse gas mileage since they are making the power all the time.
