I used Energy Suspension shifter bushings when I installed my new linkage and shifter. Feels like a different car. The shifter doesn't jump around and has a very positive engagement feel.

x2. When I had my DA, the shifter felt like it was in neutral when in gear. After I replaced both bushings and put in a BM shifter there was pretty much no play.

I had replace my 15 year old rubber bushings with Energy Suspension bushings, and it did not make a difference at all.

I had ES bushings. Didn't necessarily make going into gear smoother, but the shifter did feel less sloppy when shifting.
