Default Top Speed

Ok I am planning on doing another swap in my car 1994 Honda Civic getting tired of the B16. Thinking about H22 cheap and quick but don't got top speed 150 about. K20 more expensive but crazy motor I have heard. I wanted to know top speed because I can beat my friends GT in the quarter andhe gets mad because it's all motor, but he brags about highway, he can easily take me. Thanks for any input want to shut him up.

The K20 motor would be your best bet, but they still really don't have a lot of torque. No honda really does for that matter (comparing to a GT). Our cars are just rev happy, we don't have body flexing torque like some American cars do.

Do you live in an area where a top speed run is legal?

No, I didn't think so. Don't be a douchebag on the public roads and try top speed runs. Keep it to the 1/4 mile strip, which is legal.
