fuel question for experienced tuners.
on my zdyne im doing a st tune . my old tune i used a stock map sensor and my boost fuel comp % was at 180. and the value for fuel at 9.2 psi of boost was at 10ms , but now when i change the same exact tune to a 3 bar map the fuel value at 9.2 psi boost becomes only about 5ms ?? isnt this gonna give me way less fuel than what i had using the stock map and make it real lean or is this normal for going from a stock map sensor to a 3 bar map? cause thats the only thing that is changing the fuel value. the tune table stops at like 10 psi for stock map but 3 bar it goes to like 27 or so . im only gonna boost 12 but i wanna figure this out before i go and run a 3 bar and blow something up if fuel is way less. heres a horrible pic of my fuel graph for the 3 bar setting .
heres another of the same tune but with a stock map sensor. notice the fuel change at the same PSI of boost by only changing the map sensor setting nothing else. ( why would it change . i would think it should just continue on with the setting for a stock map but just add more fuel past the 9 psi column? )

from experience with changing map sensors in most any softwares we honda use, it will skew the fuel data slightly.
i have never just been able to swap map sensors and ride out, i have akways retuned the vehicle, and it was always slightly off.
thats why i suggest to my guys who are gonna switch to a 3 bar "in a few weeks" or "soon", just to go ahead and get it and lets do it from the start, unless they like throwing money away

well this post is no longer needed for now cause i went to tune it with mt 3 bar and found out its a gm 1 bar. so its worthless.. back to stock map for now. oh well.
