help what is this 19 Automatic transmission lockup control valve

The Lock-up Control Solenoid Valve, is more commonly known as the Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Solenoid. , controls the lock-up function of the torque converter.
its lookin like its a solenoid problem. Idk much about auto transmissions, hope that helps
