word! or modify the rim somehow...changing wheel studs are a bitch on the front. i dont know about that back. havent changed those out yet...but if i were you i would get the wheels machined if you can have someone do that favor for you...otherwise get ready for a load of fun replacing wheel studs...

How are they too short? They don't stick far enough through the holes in the rim? So like the center part of the rim is really thick or something?
That sounds odd. If you machine any material off of the wheels, you'll end up with a higher offset. Judging by the +25 offset I'm assuming you bought those on purpose because you're going for that "low-offset look", which of course would be defeated if you machine any material off of the wheels.
Wow that's crazy, I've never heard of lug studs being too short to even fit through the holes in the wheels.
Good luck with that. Dunno how those will look on a newer Integra, those being more "old school" wheels and all...

what size are the rims? They might be hitting the brake caliper so it seams like the studs are short, and if you change the studs its not that bad at all, a good whack and they come out.

Do not cut corners and try to modify the wheel. I don;t want to see a "My Studs Pulled Through My Wheel" threads. If the studs are too short, change them. There is a tool called a hub tamer that can pull the hub for easy stud change.

all you need is extended wheel studs
I stated that in my for sale thread
You can either do that or shave the inside center faces down (I believe called center bore)
There is a shitload of material left to be able to do that w/ them cracking

thats wierd man, i have a 98 gsr and my wheels have the same offset, bolt pattern, wheel width and zero problems. I'm lovin' the old school wheels though.

ohhhh wait, so the center bore is too small? If that's the case, it's not even fitting over the hub, which is the problem.
Better get a GOOD machine shop to do it. You need to either make the hub exactly match a stock Integra wheel, or have them machined larger and use a hub adapter ring.
Either way it's probably going to be expensive, maybe even more than the price of the wheels.

wait hold on.
what exactly is the center bore??
Is the center bore how the center face of the back end of the wheel lines up to the hub
or
how thick the back end of the face of the wheels are??
In the case the later is the problem he is having
The wheel clear the brakes fine is the thickness of the back face of the wheel that is thich which cause a short amount of wheel stud to peak through.
