From this write up https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=558245 it says im suppose to use either a 96-98 civic/99-00 si/ or 96-01 integra dizzy plug for my 99 ex harness does that mean im suppose to take one of those dizzy plugs and splice it onto my ex harnes???

what are you trying to do? you can repin it instead of cutting it.

 

do you have the diagram to repin it? the b series distributor has 1 extra wire

 

help?
