power loss around 4k

ok heres the deal.....i just changed the fuel pump "walbro 255" ,fuel filter, spark plugs, and oil. i have msd cap and rotor with the msd coil. im running dsm injectors and has been tuned on chrome. can anyone help me why i loose all power when crusing in 4th gear at around 4k. only when i give it a little gas and start seeing boost it looses all power!

oh its a d16z6 with a 14g turbo running 7psi

What is your exhaust setup? If you have a cat, maybe it's clogged?

Are you sure your new fuel pump isn't failing? Do you have a pressure gauge?

i dont have a fuel pressure gage. has anyone had any problems with a walbro fuel pump? and i had the car tuned on the stock fuel pump and ran great for about 2 years then i replaced it with a type r pump i still had this problem, so i went and got the walbro pump. and i have 2.5 front to back with a test pipe.
