i have a 92 civic hatchback
how would nitto nt01's be for everyday street driving?
i plan to use 205/50/15
i will also take my car to the track every few weeks..

I don't recommend them for daily street use (other than to and from the track, of course) for lots of reasons - they wear quickly (yes, much quicker than even the fast-wearing Azenis), they need to be warmed up to track temperatures to be fully effective which you can't do on the street, they don't give as much warning before losing traction, they're not very good in rain, etc. Use track tires on the track, but stick to street tires on the street.
