FS: 92 Civic Si w/ b16 swap

Description: 1992 Honda Civic Hatchback Si w/ b16 swap. 160k on the body, 60k on the swap. 5 speed.
Price: $4500/obo or trade for a 96+ Civic or a 94+ 4 door Integra
I'm putting back up for sale again my 92 Si. I love this car to death, but I really miss my old 97 ex and I want to pick up another one. This car is one of the hardest pulling b16's I've ever owned or driven. All it needs is a paint job and some body work and it would be perfect.
The reason for the flat black fenders and door is because when I picked up the car, the fenders were really busted, and the door was rusted all to hell. The door was off of a red dx or si, so it still needs to be painted on the inside a little bit. I was going to do it when it got warmer out, but that really hasn't happened yet.
The body isn't in bad shape at all. A very slight rust spot is starting to form on the driver side rear quarter panel. The paint is faded, and there are some dings and dents on the car. All this car needs is a little paint and bodywork, and it'd be perfect.
The car has 2 new axles (maybe 3k miles on them), a brand new rack and pinion, new inner tie rods, and outter tie rod ends.
If the car sells for the asking price or if the trade is right, I will include the rear Integra LS grey cloth seats, a brand new b16 header, and a jdm gsr bottom end that needs new rings.
Note: The Greddy Evo on the car is no longer on it. I have an all black Apexi NOIR catback on it. Also, the J's Racing Intake will not be on the car when it is sold.
The Bad: The only things wrong with the car are the drivers side window regulator is going bad I believe. The window goes off track a little bit when rolling it up. It has a slight oil leak around the headgasket under the vtec solenoid.

Thanks bro. Yea, I missed my ej8 really bad... and tried to get it back from the girl I sold it to, but she won't come off of it... so i ended up picking up this ej1 for really cheap, so it's the new toy/dd. I've got a few tricks up my sleeve for it

08 has started out great... at least today did. first, i went to the bank to pay on a personal loan payment... well my credit rating is still really good, and they asked if i needed any more money... i'm approved for a lot more if i need it... which i told em no right now... second, got a bad *** tip at work from working on this older guy's buick... and third...
