What blocks fit ITR Head? b16, 18a & b

I just dont know what all fits...

Not exactly, at least if you're talking about a direct bolt-on.

You'll need a VTEC B-series block for that.

all b-series will work but you need to do a ls-vtec kit with the b18a1, b18b1 so the itr head gets the proper amount of oil, all vtec b-series block will work without any problems, or fabrication
