Default Help with a Christmas present

Hi, I really need some help with a Christmas present because I am pretty lost when it comes to cars. Anyways, my boyfriend has a '95 Del Sol. He asked for a Greddy Full Auto Turbo Timer for Christmas, which I got him. However, I wanted to get him the harness for it as well, but I can't find one for a Del Sol anywhere. I was wondering what type of harness I need to look for and if a harness for a '95 Civic would work or not? I would appreciate any help on this, thanks!

The standard '95 OBD-1 Civic harness will work.

SOHC stands for Single Over-Head Cam, which is one type of engine that came in the Del Sol. However, that's really irrelevant. As long as you get the harness for a '92-'95 Civic, you'll be fine.

I also was wondering if someone could send me a link with that harness from a website so I know I am buying the right exact thing, please?

Since Clueless found what she's looking for, I have this question...what model year was it that the Del Sol came in with a Dohc motor? Was it its last year '96?

The del Sol had the b16 from 94-97.

The 94 and 95 had the b16a3 obd-1 motor and made them easy to swap and therefore were prime targets for theft.

Ok so I haven't ordered the turbo timer harness yet because I saw one on ebay, and here is the link:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

I think the Greddy Blitz, is like a knockoff version of Greddy, I could be wrong though. Anyways, the link you sent me would be about $50 with shipping and this one would only be $30. I was just wondering if there was a difference between the 2 in terms of performance, because I would be willing to spend the $20 more for a better harness, I just wasn't sure if they were both going to be equal in terms of quality, so I figured you seem to have all the answers, so I need your help again please! Thanks!

I had seen the one on eBay, and to be honest, it's most likely very similar in quality (and may even be identical). Some people are more comfortable shopping at an actual on-line retailer rather than on eBay, but either harness should work.
