I didn't like them, because all four dampers blew out. I would recommend staying away from Chinese manufacturers.

You can use the RSX model on our car. They have Type 2's available for the RSX.

I'm using RSX coilovers right now, and the only difference between it and the Civic is the hub bolt size (16mm, instead of 14mm) and the rear lower mount bushing. The EP3's have the same issues, bud.

oh my fault. i thought if we were to use rsx components then we would have the bolt size issue and that we had to change the tie rod ends.

You do have the bolt size to worry about, if you own an 01-02 Civic coupe/sedan, but the tie rod ends shouldn't be a factor.

Just the style of adjustability the dampers have. Other than that, nothings really different.

Megan Racing has a much better damper design, for that price range. K-Sports are exactly the same product as F2's, so you'll constantly hear about their dampers blowing, as well.

with a girls name like Megan, i wasnt too tempted. The thing with coilovers is that it can be so mixed in terms of review. Some people say its good some say its crap... I'm just lookng for something front camber plates, damper adjustment is not important as this is just a daily driver, but i want something to last me for the next 4 years at least.
A lot of people suggested F2 type II, function and form... but based on your experience I'm going go say no to them...

It's pronounced "Muh Gann", but I can see the relevancy to a female's name.

If you're looking for solid performance figures with a camber plate on the MacPherson's, you'll have to start with Tein.

is there much difference in ride quality between coil overs?
i know tein is a good brand, but everyone says their ride quality, especially on the basics sucks... also I only want a no finger drop.. certainly not slammed in anyway

i have type I's on my ep3. ive had them on there for a few months, very stiff but its enjoyable if thats what you like. one appeared to be leaking so i called they said they would take care of it no problem, no cost, but i cleaned it off and no moisture has come back for nearly a month.
