any use the nexen n3000's? i would like to know wether they're a good tire or not.

I keep having problems with mine . Maybe its becuase I keep running stuff over but out of four I have replaced 3 of them . They just dont last .

 

im on my 2nd set, good cheap daily driving summer street tires, theyre 340treadwear so they last decently long, but if youre looking for performance tires... lol. theyre street tires, remember that. the sidewall is decent, but even azenis/hankook rs-2's dont grip enough and burn way too fast. depends on your purpose, but yah theyre good street tires

 

just to rehash, get the nexens, they handle great for the street, im on my 2nd set and have been very happy, i use:
Nexen N3000's (340tw)- summer street tires
Kumho Victoracer's (50tw)- road race tires
Hankook Ventus Rs-2's (200tw)- race rain tires
Goodyear GSCS's (20tw)- auto-x tires

ive also tried the new Falken Azenis which are better dry tires than the Hankook Ventus Rs-2 but worse in the rain, and the Advans. would not us the nexens if you plan on doing STS, STX, STU or road tire classes for racing, but theyre awesome in the dry and wet for daily driving.. just my 2cents

 

my friend has nexen's on his miata. They are (and there's no other way to put this) complete **** compared to other budget tires like the Kumho SPT and Yokohama AVS ES100.

 

Ive been selling lots of them lately. There not the worst tire, but you get what you pay for.

 

like i said good street tires.
but i also lol at anything over 200 treadwear considered as performance tires
