Default OEM bumpers + Foglight cutout?

is it possible to by the 99-00 bumper PRE-CUT with the foglight holes? I would much rather buy a brand new one wiht the bumper cutouts already. THNX

Just buy a used bumper and cut out one if you have concerns.

No. Foglights are optional on all Civics.

Look in my sig for all the differences listed between the trims.

Measure twice, cut once.

Just trace it out first.

if your really worried about cutting them out, i'd find somebody who's had experience with doing this. when i cut my bumper, i had my uncle help me out so he measured and cut everything for me. look into some tuner shops, im sure there are some in CT.

they are a factory accessory able to be purchased from honda....i don't know of any that came that way off the show room floor...but since there is a part number from honda, i think that they could have been if the customer wanted them....part # 08V31-S01-102

Bottom line is, they're not standard equipment on '99-'00 Si coupes or any other trim. Even the Civic Type R didn't have them standard. They're an optional accessory.

you would be really hard pressed to cut out too much material.

Just follow the instructions. Man up.
