Performer x and exhaust worth 20hp on b18c1?
You guys believe it? Anyone do a dyno? the local chatter around my area is the performer x with a K&N, dc 4-1 header and a decent cat back will take you up 20hp on an otherwise stock motor.

the key words are up to 20hp, i dont think a performer x on a stock motor would help drivability too much

The manifold makes power period.
And it'll make MORE then any manifold out right now as test have shown.
It'll run or beat ITBS.
and its already beaten the victorx, ported itr manifold and IB Manifold as well as others.
It's fine for drivablitiy, and i firmly believe, that with a very good tuner and enough time on your hands, you can see a "up to " 20whp with bolt ons and this manifold.

That's what i was thinking, such an increase in air flow is probably going to knock the factory tune out of wack. I have no idea how much give the Honda tunes have from the factory but my Corvette is horrible when you do parts changes and the AF needs to be re-curved. I was just wondering if i could get this thing to pull a 14.9 at the track without cracking into the head. It's my daily driver and MPG is still important, hince no turbo plans.

with a good tune, this might be somewhat feasible. You don't take full advantage of an upgrade IM until you get some cams.

I agree with upgraded cams and hondata with a very good tune that this manifold will make power, but its not really designed to run on a stock motor, its really meant for built motors with built heads or high hp boosted setups
