Ok...to elaborate...no.
The obd0 and obd1 dizzy's don't have the same number of teeth on the gear for the crank sensor (18 teeth vs. 24 teeth). They just won't jive. Hoooowever, Rywire has a harness that will allow obd0 and obd1 ecu's and dizzy's to play nice with each other. Have no experience with them though. I prefer to put the right parts together from the get-go.

That is correct. Doing so will throw code 4 (because the signal will be too much) and you will be stuck in limp mode. Hello 3500rpm fuel cut.
