Mugen adds baffles to an OEM pan, then re-paints it.

There are differences between the Heel Toe baffles as opposed to the Mugen baffles. I have personally owned Heel Toe baffles and loved it. However, the Mugen designed baffles are much effective. I wish somebody posted a picture of it online. UNLESS, Heel Toe did change their designs.
I've had the Mugen pan and I have the Moroso 20911 pan right now. The mugen never leaked, but I'm still trying to track down the source and seal it with the Moroso pan. They both hold about the same volume of oil.
If you plan on racing, I suggest using a pan with a kick-out to provide a larger reserve of oil. It's been suggested that high rpm's will displace a lot of oil into the engine and without any way to aid drainage back to the pan, it can aerate the oil pump. That means that it starves the engine for oil.
