Default cusco

so i am getting this coilover(comp-s) setup the beggining of the year brand new from a buddy of mine for 700 dollars. after shipping to the states brand new they are usually 1200 dollars.

my ? is has anyone had experience with them? if so then:

1) are they just ots rates? or can you have custom rates?
2) did you like them? was there a big improvement over what you origonally had?
3) would you recommend them?
4)how long did they last?

and i think that is it. if i think of something else i will ask later

That's debatable.

Honda is a well-respected company also, but that doesn't mean they don't produce a piece of junk every now and then. Witness: Passport, Legend, Prelude . . .

The '88-91 Prelude was one of the worst Hondas ever made.

Ah.

The 4th gen was fine, and imo the BB6 was/is an outstanding vehicle in every regard.

For the most part, they weren't bad at all.

The only caveat with the newer ones is that the H22A engine burned oil profusely for no apparent reason, and the sport-shift transmissions grenade with shameful regularity (though '98-02 Accords and all J-series V6es share that problem).

Legends weren't all bad either . . . except for the head gaskets blowing like clock-work at 150,000 miles on the '91-95s.
