Coolant leak near headgasket with pix help plz
Looks like you're leaking from the outlet coolant neck.
You could try cleaning the coolant neck and the mounting surface really well, get all the oils off and whatnot. Then scuff it with a scotchbrite bad and apply some liquid gasket.

Take off the water outlet, clean both surfaces throughly, if they are pitted buy the paper gasket use black or grey RTV. Also please check for cracks in the outlet housing casting. If it is cracked hit the junk yard for a replacement.
I too was going to suggest resealing the waterneck.
Very rarely, if ever, will a head gasket leak coolant externally. They usually leak coolant into the cylinders, which causes white smoke.
I'd suggest getting Honda Bond from your local Honda dealership to use as the surface sealer/gasket maker for the junction of the neck and cylinder head. Honda bond is the best substance for the job, and it's also what the Honda factory seals that exact area with when the engine is assembled.
