if its 96 and up take off your idle air control valve from the throttle body and clean it thoughoghly with some rubing alcohol or brake cleen and a swab. it its before 96 then take the fast idle coolant valve and clean it per the idle sheet https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1564019
