i just bought a t3 60-1 stage 5 wheel from tuner toys and it come in the garrett box and everything look unopened but i was looking for a part number or a plate that has numbers and it has nothing the turbo is big though just wanting to see whats up it says m24 on housing and has a W on it also in the casting of the compressor other than that everything looks straight

ive heard of people stealing the little plaque off of them to put on the ching chong turbos..

 

it better not be ******* ebay otherwise gonna be a lawsuit i paid full garrett price for this and i dont believe tuner toys would do that being a sponsor and all

Looks like any other garrett housings I have seen before.

 

what size is the exaust .AR? post some pics of the exaust side?

 

thats 100% definatley not a knockoff turbo. looks just like the last 60-1 i saw. plus knockoff junks dont come with 4 bolt housings.

I got both Garrett GT4088 which has Honeywell and part number on it and T3/T4 57 trim 63 A/R but doesn't have a honeywell brand or part number on. Both came sealed in orginal Garrett boxes though.

 

mine does not say garrett anywhere....but did come sealed in a garrett box that seemed to be unopened...just a shipping sticker on it

in the second picture that turbo is bigger than the little kid pink chairs lol.

 

its a real garrett dont worry. most dont have any plaques on them anymore. 60-1's in particular.

just sold a stage 5 60-1 customer was asking the same questions.

Here's better pics .. The GT4088 is for Rx7 but I'm tempted to sell this now and go even bigger such as GT4094R ...

 

thats a legit turbo...the casting on the compressor wouldnt be that nice if it werent..it seems to be 1 piece and not 2 pieces of cast bonded together..
