Here's the lowdown:

LS/VTEC TURBO UNTUNED
HONDATA S300

I recently removed my VAFC controller. When I rev up to 5700 (Vtec engagement setting) in second gear everything works fine. When I revved up to third gear, it will not go past 5700. This is the first time this has happened. It will take it to 5700 and sit there for a second and drop rpms to about 3K. From my understanding, the clutch slips by "popping out of gear." It does not do that. It also doesn't grind or anything. I was wondering if there just a setting I missed on the Hondata or a loose connection anywhere. I don't want to try it again just because it's untuned right now and scared to get it tuned but find out it's something serious I need to address first. Any help is appreciated.
