ok i have a 90 crx si and when i drive it the steering just feels way to easy for not having power steering. aAnd when i hit a bump of any kind feels like car just feels unstable i dont kno if its shocks and spring problems cuz its on gay coilovers or could be rack n pinon or anything else what would u think.

 

could be any one or a number of these things wrong with your car.

those "gay coilovers" are horrible and wont give a good ride.

you need to diagnose the whole suspension for looseness as well. put it up on jackstands and shake everything. check all bushings and balljoints.

you probably need an alignment. alignments are needed whenever ride height changes. probably wasnt done. but might as well get it done after you fix everything else.
