I was reading an older SCC Mag today about common Civic Swaps...
And they said that the h22a is much more easier to swap in but they failed to mention other problems that one would run into. Such as axles and weight differences. Anyone have a comment on this?
You gotta realize that the people who write those articles have their own experience in swapping motors, much like most of the people and shops here. For example, if I had written an article for swapping in a H22 motor into a Civic (done it plenty of times, know the ins & outs of it, know what axle combos work and have tested it on the tracks, even converted an OBD-2 car to OBD-1 with an OBD-1 H22 swap... you get the point), then my writeup would be more towards the fact that H22 Civics can be done and done well, and when done well would kick ***.
Some people who write articles (for any magazine) are just plain jackasses with not enough knowledge on the subject.

Much more easier than.......?
The newer SCC article (Sept 2001?) had in depth coverage of H22 into a 92-95 Civic......
