No Power and delayed Throttle Responce - NO CELs
Starts and idles, but when I try and hit the gas to rev it up sometimes it bogs and wants to die, or it revs very slowly!
Obviously its not drivable, but what could be causing this?
I am sure I am missing something real simple!

No not switched around, but my TPS could be out of wack! I have been playing with the adjustment of it and it does affect it, but I can't seem to get it right!

Just finished installing my JDM B20b in my DA Integra.
Running fine - no CELs - Idles at about 1k
Comp 150 across - Everything seems great, but I have NO power at all, And the throttle response seems delayed!
Car is originally OBD0 - running a conversion harness.
I have a number of ECU's I tried.
OBD0 - B16 (NO GO wouldn't start)
OBD1 P72 - OBD1 P72 w/ Hondata and a B20b Basemap - OBD1 LS
All the OBD1 ecus run about the same. So I am guessing it is related to something else!
What could this be?

Sounds like:

If its not that check cap, rotor, spark plugs/wires and make sure the fuel filter is still good.
