Default Hard to get into gear, and Clutch pedel return fees wierd, PLEASE HELP

Whats going on members, I know this has been covered several times and i have read some other closed posts about this issue, maybe i can get a different answer, when i get in my car right in the morning when its cold out, everything shifts fine, and each gear goes in with no problems, when my car gets to operating temp. it seems like i have to work to get it into any gear, my CMC has the proper fluid in the resov. but where the boot is on the CMC on the firewall has a little bit of fluid on it, and after i have been driving for a while the clutch pedel seems sticky, but not all the time, now the 94 Integra LS, with an LS tranny the car has almost 162,000 miles and not to my knowledge the tranny fluid has never been changed, and BTW the CMC was replaced about 5 months ago if that, but with a used CMC it came out of a car with 30,xxx miles on it, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, other then that no grinding in the tranny and every thing was shifting excellent before yesterday.

Thanks

Why even post that? You know what people are going to say:

"Change your tranny fluid"

I had almost the same issue and I posted up on here and team-integra. So many people told me that it was the the fluid level... Being that I have owned the car (1997 LS) for a month now all I can do is take the persons word about his maintenance. But I had records from him showing everything. 145xxx on the clock and stock clutch. SO I said screw it and got some new MTF and a clutch kit and new flywheel.

When doing my clutch this past weekend I found an inch and a half piece broke off the clutch disc and would lodge itself between the pressure plate and flywheel. Now it is like a new car. Just my .02 cents. But that is what was wrong with my car. 1 week after I bought it and I drive like I am driving Miss. Daisy...

You may also want to ensure that the clutch is properly bled.
