Default Alarm not arming

My alarm isn't arming. Checked all the connections and they are fine.
The only thing I can think of is that my battery died few days ago, but when I charged it, it still didn't arm. Need help....

Car: 1992 Honda Civic HB
Alarm: Compustar 1W900FMR

My LED on my alarm blinks when I press a button. My LED in my car isn't turning on, and no it doesn't lock my doors so I have to manually lock them.

I dont really work with those alarms but they are good though besides DEI Alarms but to what i see what u are saying your alarm sounds dead to me which if i was you i would take it to who ever instaled it or some shop that works with Compustar Alarms ASAP! because u never know its a set up like the other guys said
