Integra LS block with a GSR head will it work
What would I have to do to make a GSR head work properly on a LS block?
Is it true that the car would be keepin' up with Type-R's because of better compression?
You know the cap that the V-tech has on it? If that cap is smaller, is that better because it builds up more preasure?

It will work with some minor machining. Im doing the same thing and yes you would be able to walk on ITRs........If you do everything right. And no the compression wouldnt be better unless you got new pitsons.
for LS/VTEC to work, you're going to first need to find a B18C (GS-R) or B16A (Si) head. Along with that you're going to need someone who knows what they're talking about (mechanic wise) and a good tuner. I'd reccomend reading a lot about LS/VTEC..and consider your other options... like turbo..

Don't do this unless you want an all motor monster. In order for lsvtec to be built well and make power worth the money your'e spending it's an all or nothing endeavor (sp?)

what??

I dunno where roselle nj is, but if its up north somewheres you should meet up with me and take a ride in a turbo-ed teg first to rule out that option
granted I'm automatic but you will still feel what a turbo is all about.. just remember since your probably stick you will just be faster than me

the ls/vtecs around here(CT) run great with minor work done at he fraction of the cost of a gsr motor... I could have built a b20vtec with performance rods and pistons for the same price as a normal gsr swap and i will guarantee the b20 will murder a gsr.. but back to ls vtec find a shop that has done it before zand you should be fine
