What the hell is this red camber i keep hearing about? I guess the meet at the field museum 2 weeks ago was a chitowndsm and redcamber meet, and when I showed up I thought I had just arrived at racewars or something. Bunch of riced out cars everywhere, and someone blasting horrible techno music. It took me about 5 minutes to realize that I needed to leave.

In conclusion, I say we have our own meet at starved rock.

So chitowndsm and redcamber had like a 10-15 car meet, and miraculously 50 riced out cars showed up? Damn thats crazy I was there with about 10 other cars that showed up on our own, maybe you're talking about us.

There were at LEAST 20 dsm's there. None of which were rice if that's what you're trying to imply.

I know there were dsms there, but i personally hate dsms. They're all the same: lots of power and either stock or ghetto body. I've seen maybe 2-3 dsms around chicago in my whole life that I could appreciate. Not to mention their owners usually tend to be cocky wannabe street racers.

Anyways, this meet seems like its gonna be pretty great with all this interest.

And I am an *******, I'll gladly admit that, but I'm not some cocky wannabe street racer. You can talk all the **** you want, but when it comes down to it, if I wanted to I could drive my stock car in circles around you, and still go win a beauty contest after, because you're stuck on that lame *** straight line racing bullshit. First of all, yes dsms are ugly, and yes a select few of them can handle pretty damn good. As for them drifting, the simple answer is no.

I'm aware this is honda-tech, I have owned my fair share of hondas, and I've been around here a hell of a lot longer than you have. I'm aware that people can't drift their civics, I'm just making a point that you asking me to drag race is as irrelevant as me asking you to drift.

Since you want to be an *** about it I did offer up a race completely unrelated to drifting that you have completely ignored. You want to be a ******** and tell me that I'm not "backing my **** up", but you're the one dancing around my offer. Take it or leave it.

I never claimed to be the king of racing, all I said was that the meet at the field museum was full of riced out cars and busted looking dsms. How in the hell you interpret that to mean that me and you have to drag race is waayyyyyyy ****** beyond me.

I just really didn't appreciate your attitude. It was completely unnecessary and you didn't even contribute to the thread topic other than to bash. Post count or senority doesn't over-write ignorance. As for your challenge to a 'road race', I'll have to pass. I don't race on the street; but my offer still stands at any sanctioned drag or autocross event.

 

I responded to your first post with an honest question about red camber, and an observation. You ignored my question, and then beat around the bush on my question. I don't care what you think about me or my attitude, I don't know you and I don't care about you.

You're the one who started the bullshit about us needing to race and now you're backing down. I haven't raced someone in years, but I would have made an exception for this just so that you would shut up. You don't race on the street, and I'm not going to waste my money on a sanctioned race for you. Even if I did race you, what does that solve? That way you can tell all your boys that there was some ******** on honda-tech, and you raced him, and you won or lost? omg I bet that'll make you feel cool. Racing, no matter what form, should be about personal gain, pushing your own boundries. Not some lame *** dick measuring contest.
