Transmission dipstick popping out

Any one know why this would happen over and over....and over?

of the transmission fluid? it's where it should be. it was happening when there was no transmission fluid though. Friend said there was a line that was clogged, he went ahead and fixed it but it's happening again.

Try getting a new dipstick from honda. Ive noticed (at least with the newer 96-00 civics) the dipsticks get loose over time and no longer sit in their bore tightly. Maybe thats your problem?
