I know this has nothing to do with my ES1 but here it goes,

There is a 1999 Si at a local Honda dealer here in town that has only 1,100 miles on it

I know hard to believe, but apparently it was one of the Si show models for Honda North America. I have yet to go see the car in person and ask for any kind of documentation to this claim, but the catch is they want 16995 for it?!?!

Now Edmunds.com says only 9500 for the car is what a dealer should charge even with the mileage. So its a confusing debate. Is this an insane amount for the dealer to ask for? I just think its a dream, an Si completely untouched by ricer hands or anyones for that matter.

So should I tell the dealer they are out of their minds? Or go there with cash and see if they bite? Even try and work a deal?

liscense plate says First Texas Honda, and it has a Motor Werks badge, interesting.

If it's never been titled it's worth more. If it has they are asking too much and waiting for a sucker.

I'd go eith cash and laugh at them if they wouldn't budge. It's not like it's a numbered car.
