Default Need your opinion

Should I do a flip flop trunk or leave it how it is? Too played out and old school? Also if I decide to do it, anyone have a a diagram or pics on how to do it and hardware needed?

Thanks!

Personally I wouldn't do it, but I am not really into show cars and it doesn't seem that practical. (same reason why I would never do lambo doors)

Like any mod, do it first because it is something that you want not what you think will appease the tuner crowd. If you like that sort of thing than do it, but I doubt you will find a DIY trunk flop on this site.

I'm with Floored, if you decide to do it, you will get alot of "rice" comments, so be prepared.

Maybe it's a sign that you SHOULDN'T do it.

People have enough issues with fitment and alignment of carbon fiber hoods and trunks. Getting a conversion like that isn't really going to impress anybody short of a 16 year old "Fast and Furious" fanboy.

If you really want to do it, then go find a buildup of it on some other car and just use it as a guideline.

if your asking us this question your prly not super psyched on it yourself.... thats the type of mod (personally) that should only be on a show car. a stock car that has lambo doors or a flip flop trunk looks wierd to me... but a show car that has a bunch of crazy new ideas is fun to look at (done right that is)

Wow, I don't even know what a "trunk flip flop" is, lol.
