Default JDM emblems

ok.i have an 04 EP3, and i just got my jdm emblems in the mail. problem is, it looks like the front emblem is not going to fit. i read that the 04 and 05 used a larger emblem, but it said the actual jdm civcs only. so i bought what i thought would fit my si. also, it looks like i cant just take off the silver emblem because the black plastic underneath is raised. i have no clue what im doin here. so any and all hel is appreciated.

Take off the raised black piece (there are two screws holding it on from the rear) and you will be left with a flat solid area that is emblem shaped. You got the emblem from the Fit and the 06+ Civic that is quite larger. It's okay, I got this larger emblem on purpose to stand out a little more than the average. You will have to get some strong epoxy and center it on the grill and glue it down.

They will not line up to anything on your car, so just snap them off.
