Default VTec Help

Okay ever since I hooked up Vtec this car ha been running fucked up. Vtec was engageing when i first hooked it up, then it stopped. It is Fouling Spark plugs out and smokeing off and on. I can start it up and it runs awsome I took it up down the road once or twice it runs fine the thrid time I got on it and it was smokeing I cant hear vtec engaging, I went to the end of the road and chilled on it and it stopped smoking and ran fine. Wtf is the deal Vtec is a pain my *** any help would be appreciated.

what kind of motor do you have? what color smoke? is you check engine light coming on? hows the compression, timing, spark ect.?

b16a, Im running obd1 Injectors everything else is obdo. Car has a little to much oil in it maybe half a court. Will that cause it. My first b16 and was told it took 4 quarts.

If you are running your resistor box with 0BD1 injectors you will fry your wiring and have all kinds of problems.....

Too much oil will cause high crank case pressure and possibly ruin your entire engine.

I drained the oil and Got it down the dot, And im not running resistor box it was deleted.

I had a friend who had leaky injectors and that caused his oil to be slightly thinner making it burn oil/fuel and smoke. Also made it run like ****. This would explain any increase in oil levels (if thats the case).
