car won't start
hey im new to the honda scene just picked up a 90` honda civic hatch with a LS swap and a b16 LSD tranny. My problem is that the car now will not start. 
*the cars getting spark
*replaced fuel pump relay
*replaced fuel filter
*will only start with starting fluid, once you stop spraying the car dies
*the fuel pump is working (getting power and turning on)
-any ideas or suggestions would be great
