Default stock sway bar size

I'm buying energy suspension sway bar bushing. But don't know what size to get.
Anybody help?

Front:
(24mm)16-5104
(22mm)16-5108
(21mm)16-5105

Rear:
(13mm)16-5107
(14mm)16-5116

Also does the shock bushing set makes a big difference?

Energy Suspension doesn't make a polyurethane bushing for the Type-R rear swaybar (22mm). The possible reason why is because the Type-R rear swaybar bushings are 5x stiffer than the stock bushings (ie. RS, LS, GS, SE, GS-R) , which is compareable to polyurethane bushings.

how about the front sway bar bushing, is it already much stiffer than than non-R bushing also?
Do you think i can just get the 22mm front bushing they to put on the rear?....i think they have the same shape/dimension?

I have never checked to see if the Type-R uses a different bushing (ie. different part number) for the front swaybar. Good questions...I will have to find out.

You will not be able to use the 22mm front swaybar bushing on the rear swaybar, because the outside diamensionr of the front swaybar bushing is smaller than the rear swaybar bushing.

I've changed my front sway bushings(24mm) to the ES along with some of their endlink parts. it is stiffer/harder than the stock ITR parts. In the rear, I'm using Mugen bushings that came with my 26mm sway. That, too, is harder than the stock bushings.

the bushings definately sharpened the steering feel of the car. however, it did let more road noise into the car and you feel a lot more road irregularities through the steering wheel. Good trade off in my book.

BTW, if you need a good place to get the bushings, I recommend...

Thanks for the review. Do you have experience with the energy suspension shock bushing set also? I'm putting in my h&r spring and want to change it while i'm in there....

Sounds like it's pretty hard to track down aftermarket bushing for our rear sway bar....

I think spoon and mugen make bushings for the 22mm rear bar. (someone please correct me if I'm wrong... wouldn't be the first time )

question is, do you want to pay the $$$?
