Default timing???

ok so my car's feeling a little wierd... well just plain sloww... i have a d16y7 motor in my 00 lx so yea its not the fastest thing in the world but still feels pretty slow specifically in second gear, i have had a y7 about 3 different times now in other cars and i know its a 4 door that its in now but idk i think my timing might be off... any opinions???
