how much knowledge do you have about car motors? also what tools do you have?

it doesn't take as much knowledge. just need to remember a certain pattern when removing and putting back the head bolts. but you need to torque the head bolts back properly with the right pattern.

mainly remove things around the head such as wire harness, power steering, ac, exuast headers. you need to loosen the tensioner bolt to loosen your timing belt. if you can remove the intake manifold then do so; if you dont want to or can't then make sure you check to see if there is a bracket right beneath the intake manifold. that bracket connects the intake manifold to the block. from there remove the head bolts from the outside to center. putting back, it is very important to torque the head bolts to spec following a certain pattern.

its a good amont of work. but if you want more detail information let me know. i'lll give you a detail explanation.

The support bracket that you are looking for may have already been removed. If you have loosened all of the intake manifold bolts (from memory, there are nine or ten) and the intake is then removable, there was no bracket.
