What would you do???
Im not looking to be called a dumb *** or stuff like that reply if you only have something worth reading.
So I have a 1991 Hatch Si 258k miles on it fell into my lap only 8k miles ago last owners were tweakers so im sick of fixing stuff anyways, Water pump has a small leak in it not to major i fill up the coolant every 2 days because of it (work at a J-lube free coolant) and i always keep 2 gallons of coolant in my hatch, well heres the question so in 1 1/2- 2 months im gonna be swapping in a b20b, should i worry about the pump and only change it if it gets really bad, or get my lazy as up off the couch and spend sum of that b20b money on a d16a6 water pump?
What would u guys do?
thank you for those with a good reply

Really not a smart question...I mean a water pump is not going to cost much at all and is going to be easy to install. I would just change it....it would save you from having to worry all the time about overheating and blowing your motor up

i just called my buddy and he said he could get me a water pump 1/2 off for 22.98 or something like that, so ill end up doing it.
Its has just been one thing after another with this hatch, it had just got me in the mood to not put anymore effort in to it. 10 different wiring problems, heater core went out just got done with that.
thanks for the reply, i think i just needed some one to tell me FIX IT
