ls vtech or build a seprate car

i recently baught a 94 integra ls motor for 100 bucks it was taken completly apart when i bought it iam not shore wat i want to do clean and rebuld for a project car or scrap everything but the block and do an ls vtech on my 99 civic si

or if any buddy has any other ideas let me no thanx

Please use spell check and also it would be VTEC not Vtech. . . but for your question it depends alot on your goals and budget so if you could get us more info glad to help out
