Default Will rear shocks from a '99 Civic Si fit a '95 DX Coupe?

I'm trying to sell stock shocks from my '99 Civic Si to someone local, and he asked me this question. If anyone knows the answer, I'd appreciate it, thank you!

I think the fronts fit but I think there may be some modification to the rears may be needed.
