Default shift ****

I just purchased a shift **** for a manual trans. its the typeS ones with the lights on top, how can I customize it so that I can use it for an automatic??? how can I get it to push down?

Too much work i think, will need a small spring and something to hold it in place under the ****.
Might want to sell this one.. and pick one that is actually meant for a automatic shifter.

Manual trans one? Can't really do it.

They make automatic *****.

Please be careful though, some of them make it very easy to knock it up to like R (not a good thing on the highway)
