New springs are loose on new shocks.. bad??
I got a set of Nuespeed sport springs that lower the car about 2" and I also bought some Tokico Blue gas shocks..
After mounting the spring to the shock shouldn't the spring be tight, as in VERY TIGHT? This is with the units out of the car of course. I am able to rotate the spring on the shock after they have been bolted together. The spring isn't so loose that it moves up and down, although. So I'm wondering.. has anyone else had a problem like this or is it normal with new shocks and lowering springs??
I'm in the middle of a huge swap project and could use all the help I could get as soon as I could get it.. Thanx in advance.

yep ive put on neuspeeds on a EG. and your right they just slop around.
before u lower the car off the jacks put your hand in while its lowering slow and line the top of the shock up with the rubber thing on the top. make sure its seated in the bottom also.
dont get your arm caught in the wheel well!
