Basic qualifications include:
- Must be enrolled in a college / university focusing on an engineering program (preferred) or have 3-5 years experience automotive industry experience and working toward a business degree
- Local to the southern CA area

Assignments may include:
- Hands on turbo assembly, tear down, & prototype vehicle fitment
- Turbocharger design & development
- Application data analysis
- Turbocharger / engine matching & selection

Skills:
- Microsoft office products
- Technical drawing familiarity
- Mechanical aptitude & shop skills
- Creative problem solving
- Fabrication skills are a plus
- Inernal combustion engine knowledge
- Automotive enthusiast

Damn, that sounds awesome. I would love to do that but i have my schedule made for next semester so that i can graduate at the end of summer, and im nowhere near cali.

 

Man i wish this was in VA. I've two semesters left and need an internship to graduate. This would be the perfect opportunity.

 

This is an internship I wished I could have scored when I was doing mechanical engineering in college. A buddy of mine just scored an internship with Borg Warner in Ashville, NC. I got stiffed and my dad scored me a job doing absolutely nothing at his work while I was in college
