i seriously thought that you were being sarcastic, JjuuN R, and i was backing you up with more sarcasm

yes, i am on the list, YellowKahuna, haha. i'm going to have to say that my attendance is tentative as of yet, but things are looking better since i took a Christmas Eve shift, so hopefully i'll be able to say to all the others on the 15th...

and on a serious note, to the OP: as Jackson said, the JDM faux carbon fiber shifter plate/bezel (that says "INTEGRA" on it) will not fit our left-hand-drive shift consoles because it is intended for the JDM Integra's right-hand-drive shift console. you will have to source one from a '00-'01 USDM/CDM ITR. try http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org or some other equivalent OEM parts site if you want one that's minty-fresh, but be prepared to pay...

Im pretty sure you can use the lighter, and ashtray. Not the shifter cover. because its slightly angled towards the driver. As stated above.

What if you use the "console" area as well? The black plastic that surrounds the CF shifter area? Would it then work?

the screws dont line up either. there left set on the console, and on the lighter piece there on the right.

has anyone put this piece in there US car?

dave didnt believe me.. lol. also the window switches work. but you can no longer have that function working where if you push the drivers side down hard it goes down on its own. also the jdm cupholder fits.

Ummm...you would have had to have modified the jdm covers to fit the usdm switches. Believe me....I tried and got lazy( and accidentally destroyed 1 cover )....and used the JDM switches instead I made a thread about the differences a while back.
